FOR SALE – ACCEPTING BIDS

The Red Willow County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids for a 20×40 metal building (Methodist Food Booth) until August 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at which time said bids will be publicly opened, read and compared in the Commissioners’ Room, Red Willow County Courthouse.

All bids shall be sent or delivered to the Red Willow County Clerk, 502 Norris Avenue, McCook, NE 69001 by August 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. a.m. CST and bids shall be clearly marked FOOD BOOTH BID. Mailed bids must be received by Friday, August 7, 2026.

The winning bidder will move or tear the building down at their expense between August 15, 2026, and August 31, 2026. Payment will be made prior to removal and forfeited if building is not removed by August 31, 2026.

Red Willow County reserves the right to accept, refuse or reject any or all bids.
